after a person who is involved in burning down others is sentenced and jailed for life, but can be set free in an upcoming court when he hails it is a wonderful decision. Now, considering that person had an exceptional record of people, trying to justify his actions, I feel the pen’s still a powerful tool!
Some time ago someone made this short, to highlight how not only are these people guilty of a massive wrong, but we have to make a difference for them.
Here is a transcript :
A recent court judgment, confined to the lives of an absolute lucky few, was ordered by the Supreme Court to jail a person for a life sentence for burning down a house in Nepal, resulting in severe property loss, following which the man was bailed out by the Kathmandu High Court, and granted bail.
Now, I would like to admit, in light of the above information. to make a difference. Every Indian deserves justice
In fact, to provide Pakistan its Pakistan love for, and similar love for, the people of our neighborhood and more critically, to offer them justice
Background: Around two years ago, a local man with a bomb, was suspected to have blown up his neighbors’ house. Two women and their children were killed in the blast, where over 2000 people were injured. In spite of the authorities believing the bomb was constructed from TNT or commercially-made explosives, and possibly carried in hand grenade rounds, there were no raids done and the culprit was never tracked down.
Around a year after the blast, three Pakistani men were arrested in relation to the heinous offense. They were designated as offenders by the court and were forced to reveal their location. One of them was even offered a quick trial with bail conditions.
That one of the perpetrators of this heinous crime was traced was a good first step, but nothing to be singed. However, the less said about the conviction and subsequent release of the culprit, the better.
In 2012, the Indian to the US citizens group “Movement Against Anti-Dalit Policies in India (MAAD), revealed that Government of India functionaries aided a similar D-Day type of event, that year, leading to the death of Kashmiri community leader and Pakistan daily columnist, Syed Akbaruddin, and the injury of many other persons in Kashmir.
Now, that one was a horrible act and for it to take place in the same field as the original incident in Kathmandu, signifies clearly that our law enforcement agencies are helpless against the merciless terrorists. They need to change and put collective pressure on the Pakistan government.
MAAD condemns the terrorist attack on innocents and states
“India, the ‘sisters of India’ needs to make a different decision of taking pragmatic steps to control the Pakistan state led by democratically elected governments. An intimate arrangement between Pakistan and India to protect mankind needs to be a proper one.”
.. for world peace.
MAAD has made phone calls to Indian leaders stating that the 2 Pakistanis convicted of the Nepal blast had their fingers cut by officers of India’s law enforcement agencies of ISI and Military Intelligence agencies. The MI and ISI Pakistan allies have plotted and planned terrorist events. They look forward to more such attacks in the future.
In order to reduce. such incidents of terrorism in India, India should ensure Pakistan’s A&B1 foreign policy and promotion along with forcing the Pakistani Government to ensure peace in Indian
India, the ‘sisters of India’ needs to make a different decision of taking pragmatic steps to control the Pakistan state led by democratically elected governments. An intimate arrangement between Pakistan and India to protect mankind needs to be a proper one.”.
Don’t make excuses. Take countries like China and Iran uncomfortable.
